Unbelievable :D

The job I just started last week has kept me busy!
I guess the daily update did not work as well as planned.
Tomorrow (err I mean TODAY) I will be flying to Virginia for school orientation. So exciting!
I just started going to Bible study class as well every Monday, and it has truly made an impact on my life. I hope that once I start college, that I will prioritize time to read the Bible.
Summer is just so delightful!

I get to take dogs on walks!

Have I mentioned that I have been afraid of big dogs ever since I was little. I am learning to get over that fact, but trust me, it is TOUGH. Like sometimes my heart is beating 1000 mi/hr.
I promised that I won't quit, so even if I come home scratched, I will continue until the summer is over. Uh Oh.

Sleepy time

Has it ever happened to you that you get so caught up in a book that you can't put it down? Well that happened to me yesterday night, and well I continue reading until this morning. At least now I know that I am immune to caffeine because I fell asleep 20 minutes after drinking 16 oz.
I got a job today!
I am about to fall asleep, I am sorry that this post is not so interesting but it was a super long day.

Life is a climb

AWESOME! Today I got my housing information for my freshmen year in college. I will be roommates with a stranger. Is that weird or what? Hopefully she is nice :)

As usual, I watched most of the soccer games, but I tried my best to not become a couch potato. Those were the good old days, where I could eat a whole medium cheese pizza from Dominos and not gain a single pound. haha
In the afternoon, I finally got the will power to go jogging. It was fun! The hardest part was leaving the house, but after a few minutes I was just in synced with my sister's playlist. Dee doo dah.

Little Moments

I woke up extra early today, 7:30 to be exact (believe me, for summer, that is unacceptable. Kidding). First thing I did was turn on the TV to watch the World Cup. Seriously, I really like soccer, and if I could I would play every day. That was pretty much my whole morning/early afternoon.
Later I helped my friend (Andrea) with some serious business ;D (for this local event coming up very soon). I went to Bible Study with Andrea that night. That really helped me because it brought me back to earth. It's almost the same feeling that I get when I hear a critical bad news that sets my priorities straight, and I realize that my dilemmas before the crisis where not as big of a deal compared to the events taking place. Am I making sense?
Pretty much like saying "Don't take things for granted".
It was a life lesson. =]

I realized that I have a love/hate relationship with running. There are days where I rather sit in the couch for hours and not move a foot, running then is the last thing on my mind! The best feeling ever is right afterwords though, when all the stress has been release and I feel like I can do anything. You know?

Today:

I had a movie (afternoon) at my friends house with all the junk (but yummy) food you can imagine. I think I conditioned myself to fall asleep every time I watch an old Disney movie. Where is the undo button? haha

I saved the cupcake for my sister =]

Later that day I went to my friend's youth group event. Two words: Ultimate Frisbee!
After a very competitive game, a storm approached our town. It was awesome, but I wasn't able to capture the sunset.

BP jokes are overrated

Really, they are overrated.
Poor England goalkeeper, Robert Green, was criticized after a terrible mistake that led US scoring and tying the game. I am not going to state my opinion over who should have won, but how in the world did they connect BP with FIFA (on Twitter)?

• "Breaking News: BP to use Robert Green to plug oil leak. Everyone agrees he's already a hero in USA & no point going home #worldcup "

• "Oh wow....England keeper Green stopped that about as well as a BP cap. GOAL USA!!!!!"
