It is almost spring break here and the weather is just a bonus. Inspired by this website that has 54 kinds of healthy smoothies (, I created my own tonight.

I call it the Brown Machine. I know it sounds silly, but it tastes really good!
  • Pitted dates
  • Banana
  • Ice cubes
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Chocolate milk
  • Chia seeds
  • Frozen Kale
  • Lucuma Powder

Today I read a post called: To My Future Wife. I think what made his blog post go viral was the author's perspective of the woman he will someday married, and the value he places for her. A personal and sincere love letter. In a general aspect, he had great points. And to think that we all have a personal love letter written for us, it is so incredible. Grasis Dios por la Biblia <3

Sunday Cooking Fun

Thank God for weekends :)

I've found that cooking on Sundays for the upcoming week really helps me save money, time, and get my nutrition. Stress reliever too! Wooooooo.
Watching the Cooking channel at the gym has really inspired me this week.
My goal is to not go to the store until I used the food I already have in my pantry. That is, unless I run out of veggies. :P

Prepping the kitchen.

Olive oil, onion, garlic, other veggies, pepper, cumin, salt, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and chicken sausage.

Korean inspired dish (goes w/ rice & seaweed). Veggies, eggs, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, soy sauce, and pepper.

Baked yellow fries and purple seasoned baked potatoes.
Being creative with gf cornbread mix. 
Sweet!!! Espresso, cocoa powder, stevia, choc. chips, and corn bread mix.
